She wrote one of the first books ever written addressing women who struggle with sexual addiction and has led the work in developing an understanding of the specific issues that women face. If you or someone you love is dealing with this issue, this book is an easy yet very informative read.

Brainstorm: The Power and Purpose of the Teenage Brain by Daniel J. Siegel MD

If you have a teenager than you are going to want to put your hands on this book. Daniel Siegel is one of the foremost experts on the brain and parenting. His particular brilliance is in being able to take complex information and distill it into easily understandable and digestible concepts. This book provides a wealth of information to help you understand and guide the teenager in your life, including interesting illustrations and examples to help you grasp the material.
